Looks like this was fixed between r16-4104-g1b876bdffd875c and
r16-4070-gfe2f86a960435a . (maybe r16-4103-g9f9c8d63a58223)

or between r16-4009-g9766f99e6ea365 and r16-3965-gf07d1f3135d3bd (maybe
r16-4007-gc4bf7dcade38cb).

Which looks to have fixed the probilibities of edges and counts which helps the
Register allocator.

So closing as fixed.
