I was trying to debug another issue I had during a compilation, which failed because 'lto1' thought that my target was not supporting a specific feature. When I tried to call lto1 directly, I saw this error message. I didn't think about reporting the issue I had, because it was using experimental patches to gcc; but seeing that the error message on 'lto1' complained about a missing extension, I thought those might have been related. On x86, calling lto1 directly does not show any error/warning; so I thought there might be a bug on riscv. If this is not a real issue, feel free to close :)
