ICE (in tsubst) started with
r0-122795-gffe0f557a7913be8b229e8fe9fd3dea7af0f158d , then it compiled fine
again for some time and then with
r5-1060-g093e62d2748c9664afa266364fb52cb683ab8a30 started to ICE again, that
time in gimplify_var_or_parm_decl.
