GCC 15.1.0 crashes with an ICE during the IPA-ICF pass when building the Linux
kernel with LTO for aarch64. The same build succeeds with GCC 14.2.0.
Workaround: -fno-ipa-icf allows the build to proceed.

I don't have a minimal preprocessed reproducer since this is an LTO link-time
crash, but happy to provide more info or test patches.
