To document it here as well: The current suspicion is that the new test is
missing a target selector like rvv_zvl256b_ok to only execute on targets that
support 256b vectors. As we compile with _zvl256b that seems reasonable.
I just pushed that change and will close here for now. Please re-open if the
issue persists.
