Unfortunately our LNT tester never tracked Botan performance in detail. For
the testcase in this PR with -O2 on Zen2 trunk shows ~3.9s and clang 19 ~3.7s.
Somebody needs to re-evaluate. I'm not quickly finding phoronix still using
Botan.

crypto kernels from other suites.

be "easy" (some Botan is included it seems).
