LNT only tracks part of polyhedron it seems. The old tester shows the
regression is half fixed somewhen in 2023.
On Zen4 with -mavx2 -Ofast:
gcc 7.5: 2.64s
gcc 9.5: 2.75s
gcc 15: 2.5s
so I can't reproduce a slowdown or we've long resolved it.
