There's a duplicate for the -Wsuggest-attribute=pure issue I think. But the
call to weak() is not eliminated in the testcase from comment#1, so IMO it
isn't a good reduced testcase.
Confirmed for the original testcase with -O2 -fno-inline.
-fno-ipa-pure-const helps.
