--- Comment #7 from Marek Polacek <mpolacek at gcc dot gnu.org> --- I guess we shouldn't emit check_out_of_consteval_use errors when we're in finish_expansion_stmt. Unfortunately in_expansion_stmt isn't set for that because it had been unset in cp_parser_expansion_statement, and checking for sk_template_for also won't be reliable.
