I think with PAREN_EXPR we're as close to conformant as we need to get. As
fortran does allow re-assocation absolute equality of -O0 vs. -O3 results
cannot be guaranteed unless you use enough parens (and of course avoid
excessive precision with x87).
I'd say FIXED. Or WONTFIX, as you'd chose. For the testcase at hand I get
equal results.
