The comment#34 testcase still shows unexpected behavior due to equivalences (I
believe we have accumulated duplicates for that, but can't find them right
now).
The other parts should be fixed, and we rely on that in passes like IVOPTs.
I'm closing this bug as fixed. The conditinal equivalence stuff is tracked
elsewhere.
