All parameter documentation has been moved to the GCC internals manual now. I
made a pass to fix various grammar and markup issues in the documentation, and
also did some tweaking of the text strings in param.opt to fix some similar
issues.
I think we are all in agreement that parameters are internal to GCC and we are
not going to attempt to rewrite the documentation to be user-friendly, avoid
jargon, etc. Of course there are still more things that could be done to
improve the documentation, but is it worthwhile to keep this on our todo list?
