If so then there's nothing that we need it for in particular right now, but I tend to avoid Bounded_Holders as it silently breaks with controlled types. Specifically it doesn't call Adjust or Finalize, which I can see causing a big headache when someone inadvertently uses a controlled type without realising it's going to end up in a Bounded_Holder.
