The first testcase reproduces still on the 13 branch, the second on the 13 and
14 branches. GCC 15 and 16 are "fine" (but surely the issue isn't fixed, just
no longer triggered with the testcase).
sel-sched is unmaintained, we've talked about force-disabling it verywhere but
on IA64.
