Confirmed. We decide to inline callee1 into caller1 ...
Which means the aarch64 backend does not reject this case.

Also this is a testcase that compiles with clang too:
```
#include <arm_sme.h>

int callee1() __arm_streaming
{
    return svcntd();
}

int caller1()
{
    return callee1() + svcntd();

}
```

It also means it is unrelated to PR 115556.
