This is missing the important part, documentation for the new option, which
will explain when it is safe to use this option (when only targetting AVX
capable hw from Intel, AMD or Zhaoxin, not e.g. VIA. Dunno about Hygon, maybe
we should ask Kewen or others working on the port if they have the appropriate
guarantee too.
