Hi!
Checking the code, I believe I found the source of this issue, and could
implement a fix. If I'm correct, the regression would have been introduced in
Aug 2023, which would match the GCC 14 timeline.
I'm in the process of running more tests and I'll will hopefully send a patch
this week.
