This also should be after factoring too. To begin with I am just going to
handle casting from bool to integer. And then add BIT_NOT before the cast also
and NEGATIVE after the cast; that is 1:0->0:1 and 1:0->-1:0/0:-1. This should
allow to catch most cases in the end I think.
