I have the extras since I want to catch any issues with my patches, and the
compile time impact isn't too bad. I see that it doesn't break on a clean
mainline build even though the surrounding code has not been touched, so I'll
have to investigate more. Maybe an E_Record_Subtype is being correctly
classified as an E_Record_Subtype_With_Private where it wasn't before.
