Turns out if I fix the LIM bug, cselim will need a similar fix too. (even
though cselim-limited already uses lhs_could_trap_p).

So I have a patch which changes over LIM and cselim to use lhs_could_trap_p.
And then change lhs_could_trap_p to be fixed up.

For backporting to GCC 16, I will add another patch in front of the other 2
that adds lhs_could_trap_p that allows the patches to be backported.
