--- Comment #8 from GCC Commits <cvs-commit at gcc dot gnu.org> --- The releases/gcc-15 branch has been updated by Jakub Jelinek <[email protected]>: https://gcc.gnu.org/g:6db4d25129b0f77109660f3c7d4f68f8aa5b007b commit r15-11636-g6db4d25129b0f77109660f3c7d4f68f8aa5b007b Author: Yongqiang Tian <[email protected]> Date: Fri Oct 2 22:33:13 2026 +0200 tree-optimization: Skip debug stmts before assigning UIDs [PR127687] GIMPLE_DEBUG statements currently consume UIDs and are then treated as non-assignments, which flushes pending VEC_PERM simplify sequences. This makes sequence blending depend on whether debug information is present. Skip debug statements before assigning UIDs and processing ordinary statements.
