Law <law at gcc dot gnu.org> --- Note that irrespective of improvements in match.pd, this is also exposing missing patterns and splits in the RISC-V md files I'm already looking at the RISC-V patterns. So I would suggest anyone looking at this as an easy hack focus on the match.pd aspect and test by checking either gimple folding dumps or the .optimized dump rather than looking at the final assembly.
