>GCC 13.2.0 and 15.2.0 accept the code.

Actually GCC 15.1.0 and 15.2.0 ICEs with --enable-checking=yes while does not
ICE with --enable-checking=release.

Anyways confirmed still a regression since GCC 13.1.0 didn't ICE with checking.
