But gives an ICE for the 'iterator' of OMP_CLAUSE_AFFINITY and
OMP_CLAUSE_DEPEND; for MAP clauses, it is excluded via the
  OMP_CLAUSE_HAS_ITERATORS
check in walk_tree_1.
