Linux kernel BPF is gaining two new instructions UHMUL and SHMUL with the debut
of the CPU v5 ISA. These are unsigned and signed high-half 64-bit multiplies,
respectively.
We should add corresponding defines for <su>mul_highpart DImode,
introduce the -mcpu=v5 and add __BPF_FEATURE_HMUL matching clang feature macro.
