wi::clmul could use __builtin_clmulg itself using STAGE0_CXX_HAS_BUILTIN
as done in r17-3165 to both optimize GCC itself and more testing for
__builtin_clmulg. Or it could be in some helper function in hwint.{h,c} like
clmul_hwi ().
