I returned to this programm, and realized that this is NOT a bug, but this is good restrictive behaviour of the g77 compiler in comparison to the commercial INTEL compiler, ifc. The attached prorgamme can by compiled using ifc, but gives wrong results due to wrong order of variables in the common block of the subroutine. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19577
