I don't want to ask for stringent policies to be put in place or user
auditing or anything, but it would be nice if I hadn't just logged
into gcc12, gcc13, gcc14, gcc15, gcc16 and gcc20 and found the same
user pegging at least one core on every machine I tried. gcc14 is
running like a dog right now.

I sometimes run 'make -j20' on gcc20 when I'm trying to get a quick
fix rolled out for libstdc++, but gcc20 can usually handle it no
problem and I don't do it on every x86_64 box at once. (Plus I don't
have many reservations using the GCC compile farm as I'm actually
working on GCC itself.)

We all have to share these machines, please try not to make too many
of them annoyingly slow at once.
