[PATCH,committed] Update config.guess and config.sub

I have imported the latest config.guess and config.sub from upstream
repository and committed to both GCC Subversion repository and SRC CVS
repository.  Among other changes, this allows configure to recognize
AIX 7.1.

        * config.guess: Update to version 2011-02-02
        * config.sub: Update to version 2011-02-24

diff -uw attached to avoid many gratuitous white space changes.

This probably is too late for GCC 4.6, but should be backported to GCC 4.6.1.
