[PATCH] [PATCH][ARM] Fix thumb-ltu.c testcase.

Hi,

This patch fix thumb-ltu.c to pass excess error test.
Without default -std=gnu90 flag, this testcase started failing
as some functions were called before being predefined.

Is patch ok?
