Hi!

As per discussion in the PR, I'd like to xfail this test for GCC6 and
change it to 7.0 milestone, because it is too late/too risky to change
this for gcc 6 now.

Bootstrapped/regtested on powerpc64{,le}-linux, ok for trunk?
