This function has been removed from C++17, along with dynamic exception specifications. We haven't removed the function from the headers yet, but this ensures the test won't start failing once the front end starts giving an error for the exceptions specs.
* testsuite/18_support/bad_exception/59392.cc: Disable for C++17. Tested powerpc64le-linux, committed to trunk.
