Hi! As can be seen on the testcase, intersect_ranges in some cases attempts to add or subtract 1 from one of the bounds. That is fine except for 1-bit signed type, where 1 is not a value in the range of the type, so already build_int_cst yields (OVF) constant.
The following patch fixes it by special casing those, instead of adding/subtracting 1 for those types it subtracts/adds -1.
