This patch from James Cowgill fixes the libgo ptrace implementation
for MIPS by modifying mksysinfo.sh to look for the pt_regs struct.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, which
admittedly proves little.  Committed to mainline.
