The type safety enhancement committed in r252976 exposed a type mismatch in the test for ifunc support in target-supports.exp that caused it to fail. That had the effect of disabling all the gcc.dg/attr-ifunc-*.c tests. Correcting the type error in target-supports.exp then exposed similar errors in the attr-ifunc-*.c tests. I have committed r253037 to correct all of these.
