This patch implements the Solaris 10 obsoletion announced yesterday: https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2018-10/msg00139.html
Bootstrapped on i386-pc-solaris2.10 without and with --enable-obsolete and inspected gccinstall.info. The contrib-list.mk part is untested, but completely mechanical. Installed on mainline.
