[PATCH, libphobos] Committed fix modify immutable error on Solaris

Hi,

This is another Solaris backport from druntime 2.079, fixing a build
error in the core.thread module.

Bootstrapped and tested on i386-pc-solaris2.11.

Committed to trunk as r266950.
