Hi!

I've noticed a comment typo in build_vec_delete_1 and when grepping
around if the same typo isn't elsewhere, I found a different typo
elsewhere.

Fixed thusly, bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux,
committed to trunk as obvious.
