We're trying, but we're struggling to reach a good consensus. Almost nobody's fully agreeing on one /particular/ solution (there's roughly 3 ideas of what to do). But the papers are coming in and it's on our radar so maybe we can fix it for C2x and then pass the solution on to WG21!
