This patch by Clément Chigot changes the libgo configure script to stop using -fno-section-anchors on AIX. This option is no longer needed. There is no crash without it since at least gcc-9. Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. Committed to mainline.
