This raises --param uninit-max-chain-len to avoid a bogus diagnostic
for the large testcase in PR111489.

Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, pushed.

        PR tree-optimization/111489
        * params.opt (-param uninit-max-chain-len=): Raise default to 8.

        * gcc.dg/uninit-pr111489.c: New testcase.
