The following removes the second GIMPLE function dump after
remove_ssa_form which used to rewrite the IL with the coalescing
result but doesn't do so since a long time now.
Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, pushed.
* tree-outof-ssa.cc (rewrite_out_of_ssa): Dump GIMPLE once only,
after final IL adjustments.
