This patch is a fix patch.
Need to add :c for bit_and, because bit_and is commutative. And is (ltgt @0 @1)
is simpler than (bit_not (uneq @0 @1)).
Bootstrapped/regtested on x86-64-pc-linux-gnu, OK for trunk?
