Hello!

Sometimes, gcc generates:

leaq    (%rbx,%rax), %rax

that is in fact equivalent (modulo flags reg clobber) to:

addq    %rbx, %rax

Attached patch adds additional peephole2 patterns that convert LEA to
ADD when second operand of PLUS RTX matches output operand.
