This patches fixes a couple of details that were wrong in the
documentation comment for System.Val_Util.Scan_Sign.
gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
* libgnat/s-valuti.ads (Scan_Sign): Fix documentation comment.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
