Hello. Sending a WIP implementation of Microsoft Arm64 variadic function call ABI. On the https://github.com/Windows-on-ARM-Experiments/mingw-woarm64-build/compare/main...valist-tests test suite, it already performs better than LLVM implementation (compared to MSVC ABI) but there are still some test failures and further test cases are worth to be written.
