This updates the description of the various kinds of extra formals after the
latest change made to the implementation.

gcc/ada/ChangeLog:

        * exp_ch6.ads (BIP_Formal_Kind): Update description of some values.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
