The right changelog to use in this case is gcc/algol68/ChangeLog.  I
changed the above to:

gcc/algol68/ChangeLog

        * algol68/ga68-exports.pk: Fix comment and value for magic number.

In future submissions, please validate the commits with the script in
contrib/gcc-changelog/git_check_commit.py. For example:

$ ./contrib/gcc-changelog/git_check_commit.py
