Hello all,
As we go along here I plan to add a separate commit on top of the initial set
for each PR identified in Bugzilla. These are tagged with [caf_shmem]. If we
have a fix that is not yet in Bugzilla I will report them there along with the fix.
In Bugzilla I will reference the initial patch set and clarify the patches apply
after the initial set is applied.
For example, Sandra identified some document cleanup. I will create a PR for
those and attach the patch there.
