When compiling GCC plugins that include target headers on LoongArch, the build fails because cpu-features.h is not installed during `make install-plugin`. The header, included by loongarch-protos.h, was not listed in any variable that feeds PLUGIN_HEADERS. Add it to TM_H, following the same approach used by i386 for i386-cpuinfo.h.
I am very sorry for this issue, as it was introduced by myself when adding the Function Multi-Versioning (FMV) support. I agree that the proposed fix looks good to me. Thanks!
